Sergio taxi hit a lamp post, and reports suggests that the man city man could be out for up to two months after having fractured two of his ribs.
Sun reports that City boss Pep Guardiola says his seven goal striker has no chance of being fit to play at Stamford Bridge tomorrow - although he still doesn't know the full extent of his injuries.
Guardiola said:"Sergio is still in Amsterdam he’s coming back. I don’t know exactly what he had.
"Of course it was an accident but fortunately he comes back and can recover as soon as possible.
"It was a day off, not a problem. I’ve not spoken to him, I was busy preparing.
Although this may be a sad news, many in London will be a bit relieved as the Premier League Champions clash with City on Saturday, one less of a worry for Conte and his men.
